Surf Lesson Senggigi – Semi-Private

The semi-private surf lesson is designed with one instructor for 2 students. The class is perfect for couples or friends who want to take surf lessons together. To join the class, we recommend that both students are at the same level.

Semi-private classes: in which two students share one surf instructor.

We offer three different services for beginning surfers of all ages, applicable to different target levels of skills ( private surf and group class )

What are the benefits of joining our surfing class?

  1. We provide good surf equipment for every student:
    • Many sizes of surfboards from 9,8 to 7’4 of soft boards for beginners and 9,2 to 7,0 for intermediate level
    • Rash vest and long pants to protect you from the sun.
    • Reef shoes to make sure you are safe.
  2. You become one of our donors. Nayaka Surf School actively distributes books and stationery to orphaned children. We actively help feed homeless dogs at the Lombok Camari Shelter.
  3. Surf Recording. You will have free photos and videos for analysis only for levels 2 and 3.

Beginner surf lesson (Intro Level 1 )

Basic intro to surfing – 2 hours

These surf are recommended for beginners, who want to try surfing for fun. For the intermediate level, try a surf trip program. See different surfing spot suits for your skill.

Surf Lessons plan on semi-private surf lessons.

1. Intro (theory ) basic theory of surf for 10 minutes.
2. Beach practicals ( 20 minutes )
3. Go surfing – 50 minutes.
4. Break for a drink – 10 minutes.
5. Second season for 50 minutes
6. Finish

Semi-private surf lesson

Topic level 1:

  • The different designs and functions of the surfboard
  • Basic board skills:
    1. Body position on paddling
    2. How to paddle efficiently
    3. In what way you have to take off
    4. Good body positioning on riding the waves.
  • How to get into a basic wave and ride the wave
  • To observe and analyze the surfing area and evaluate the safest place to enter and exit the area
  • Safety measures and surfing etiquette

IDR 600.000 / person. A minimum of two people to book a semi-private surf lesson.

Beginner Surf Lesson ( Surf Course Level 2 )

Duration : 3 lessons –  each lesson takes 2 hours

Take a look at our surf camp package 4 days 3 nights. On the package, you will have 3x surf lessons and 3 nights’ accommodation.

  • How to catch your wave in a safe environment
  • To understand the risks of surfing
  • To handle and control your board, to understand the beach, the waves, and the ocean’s conditions

Semi Private surf lesson

Price IDR 1.700.000 / person ( 3x surf )

The price includes:

  • Pick up in Senggigi area

Beginner Surf Lesson ( Surf Course Level 3 )

Duration: 6 Lessons  – each lesson takes 2 hours
Surf lesson, semi-private level 3 is recommended for anyone serious about becoming a surfer. Good for beginners to intermediate-level surfers, and you will surf for 6 days in a row.

Easy package: you can join our surf camp package for 7 days, 5 days, and 6 days. On the surf camp package, you will have 6x surf lessons and 6 nights’ accommodation.

Semi private surf lesson

Topic level 3, semi-private surf lesson.

  • Catch and surf unbroken waves
  • Take the “drop.”
  • Ride the “wave face.”
  • Perform bottom and top turns
  • Know which waves you have to avoid and which waves are possible to catch
  • Understand the “lineup” and advanced safety measures

Price IDR 3.400.000/ person ( 6x surf )

  • Pick up in Senggigi area
  • Surfboard rental
  • Surf instructor
  • Wet suit/shirt
  • Booties/reef shoes
  • Mineral water
  • Government tax
  • Surfing documentation.
  • Photos and Videos of your surfing.

The price doesn’t include:

  1. Airport transfer
  2. Board shorts
  3. Soft drinks
  4. Lunch
  5. Tips and other personal expenses

Surf school facilities:
First aid kits, lifeguard, photos by Camera and Drone.

How to Book and terms.
  1. All reservations are to be made either via email: surfingsenggigi@gmail.com, WhatsApp, or a Booking form.
  2. Name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking
  3. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
  4. Get a payment confirmation.
  5. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour
  1. A full refund will be issued if you cancel the booking within 7 days.
  2. We will charge 50% if you cancel the booking within 5 days for the surf camp package and 2 days for the surf lesson.
  3. If you cancel within 24 hours, a full charge from the total amount.
  4. We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
