Day 01. East Lombok – Kanawa Island

  1. Shuttle pick up at Bangsal harbor, Mataram area

Engine Failure or Technical Issues:

  • All boats are operated and maintained regularly to ensure the safety and comfort.
  • In rare cases where the boat engine experiences a technical failure, we will immediately arrange an alternative boat to continue your trip.
  • If such a situation arises before departure (for example, one day before the trip), our team will contact you promptly and provide several available boat options that align with your schedule.
  • Each replacement boat may have different facilities and price levels, so the final trip cost will be adjusted accordingly based on the new boat selection.
  • We always prioritize your comfort and safety, and every replacement will be arranged in coordination with you to ensure a smooth experience.

Term of Payment:

  1. You can make a deposit payment using our bank account or PayPal.
  2. We are not responsible for any taxes.
  3. You must pay the balance in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

  1. A full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days.
  2. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
  3. A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
  4. We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
