Booking Terms and Conditions at Nayaka Surf School

Booking terms at Nayaka Surf School are absolute conditions that all participants must obey. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding while you book the tour, surf camp, or surf classes with us.

1. Reservations:

All reservations are to be made either via email: info@nayakasurfschool.com or surfingsenggigi@gmail.com , WhatsApp +62 82146816686
Name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking
All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour

2. Cancelation and no-show fee:

Full refund if you cancel the booking within 5 days.
We will charge 50% if you cancel the booking within 2 days
A full charge of deposit if you cancel within 24 hours

3. Terms of payment:

All transactions will be based on full advance payment at least 5 days before each arrival date for GROUP.
We require a 30% deposit in advance once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a Wire Transfer to our Bank Account or PayPal.
We are not responsible for any taxes.

Additional 5% tax payment through credit card ( VISA and Master card ) or Paypal ( payment@nayakasurfschool.com )
The balance was paid in cash on arrival

We only send you the payment confirmation when we receive the payment notice from the bank or PayPal.

  i loved everything about my surf week in lombok! the instructors were super friendly and cheerful, making you feel immediately at home, and they were helpful and patient in teaching the basics and in correcting the mistakes, always with a smile. everything went smoothly, from the arrival to the hotel to the daily transfers to the beach. i surfed only 6 days and i fell in love with it, and i’m sure it’s in great part thanks to them. i can’t wait to be back, and i miss everything about it already.

  Dit is een hele fijne surfschool voor alle niveaus. Hele leuke instructeurs die goed weten wat ze doen. Senggigi is de mooiste plek waar ik heb gesurfd. Ik kreeg ook nog beeldmateriaal van de video analyse toegestuurd. Ik kom graag nog eens terug!

  I did 4 days of surfing with them mainly at Klui beach. I’ve done some surfing but still am very much a beginner. I have taken quite a few surfing lessons in many places mostly in the US and LATAM. A bit in Bali.

This school is up there with my top favorites. Wayan and his team (Bagoes the camera and Bayu another instructor) are knowledgeable, seasoned instructors that will give you valuable feedback and tips. They’re also very nice people to spend time with. They provide wetsuits and reef shoes which I find helpful for the rocky bottom and very sunny weather. The videos taken of you surfing were also very useful to give you insight for how you did. Klui / Senggigi in April were quite flat but with some decent, mellow waves on a good day, perfect for real beginners. I think for beginners-intermediates you need to check with them when is a good time for bigger waves. Price is higher than your average beach surf shops in Indo but you’ll get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a surf school in Lombok to try out surfing or up your beginner/intermediate skill, this is the one.

  This is my second time returning to this place. The last time I visited was a year ago, and my surfing skills were quite rusty. Fortunately, the instructors were very patient and helpful in correcting my mistakes, and I was back riding the waves in no time. They also take pictures and videos of you surfing that you get to keep.

I will definitely return again and would highly recommend Nayaka to anyone who wants to learn how to surf, or an intermediate surfer who wants to take their surfing skills to the next level!

  My girlfriend and I booked a semi-private surfing course for beginners and it was an amazing experience and so much fun.

  Das Surfcamp hat richtig viel Spaß gemacht und war auch lehrreich. Die Surflehrer waren alle nett und das Equipment relativ neu. Die Unterkunft war gut, lediglich das Frühstück war nicht ganz so toll. Der Service war aber sehr zuvorkommend. Nur etwas Obst wäre noch toll gewesen.
