A 2-day Komodo boat trip is a low-budget way to explore Komodo Island. The boat trip leaves every day from Labuan Bajo. We recommend booking in advance.
On this trip, you will experience one night living on board. The pickup schedule starts from 9.30 am to 10.45 am. Free pick-up service all around Labuan Bajo town and the Labuan Bajo airport.
We offer a standard boat for a two-day Komodo trip, private cabins, and shared cabins. Each private cabin can accommodate a maximum of two people, and a shared cabin can accommodate four people. All the rooms provide a double bed.
This trip is temporarily closed due to bad weather from January to the middle of March 2026.
What cabin do we recommend to you for 2 days Komodo boat trip?
- For two people or a couple, staying in a private cabin is a good option for more privacy.
- For families with kids, sharing a cabin is a great option. Keep staying together in one room.
- Solo travel. Stay in a shared cabin and sleep with someone of the same gender.
Private cabin for two people. The price is IDR 2.700.000 per person with a minimum of two people per booking.
Sharing a cabin for four people. The price is IDR 2.300.000 per person.
Are you solo traveling?
Our boat only has a double bedroom, one bed for two people, with no single beds. This means you will sleep in the same bed with someone ( same gender ).
How do I join the trip without an overnight stay in Labuan Bajo?
Book an early flight from Bali to Labuan Bajo ( 7 to 8:20 AM in Labuan Bajo). Book a late flight ticket from Labuan Bajo to Bali on the third day at 5.20 pm.
How do I book 2 day Komodo Boat trip?
- Please email or WhatsApp to check the available dates.
- Send a copy of your passport. For booking and Komodo National Park registration.
- You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or email for your booking.
- Secure your tour booking by depositing it into our PayPal or bank account.
- You need to pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
- Book your hotel at the free pick-up area.
- This tour is a popular adventure. Recommend booking 60 days in advance of the departure date.
What to bring for the 2 days Komodo trip?
- Clothing: A swimsuit, light clothing for after-water activities, and an evening outfit
- Sun protection: Reef-safe sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and polarized sunglasses
- Footwear: Hiking sandals or shoes, or water shoes or sandals for walking on the beach

Itinerary of 2 Days Komodo Trip:
Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Menjerite Island – Kalong Island
- Pick up from the hotel, Labuan Bajo, and Labuan Bajo airport starts from 09.30 a.m. to 10.45 a.m.
- Transfer to Labuan Bajo harbor ( KP3 )
- Reconfirmation and Check-in at the harbor.
- Sail to Kelor Island, snorkel, or relax on the beach.
- Menjerite Island, snorkeling
- Kalong Island, sunset with flying foxes view
- Overnight on the boat
Day 2: Padar Island – Komodo Island – Pink Beach – Manta Island.
- Early morning sail to Padar island, medium trekking for sunrise from the hill
- Komodo Island, see the Komodo Dragon and wild animals
- Pink beach. Amazing, unique pink beach
- Manta, snorkeling with Manta, or seeing the Manta from a boat with a slow engine
- Transfer to Labuhan Bajo harbor. Arrive around 5 to 6 pm.
- Transfer to the Hotel.
